I had an extremely bad experience with Toothsi. So much for publicity and nothing in terms of consumer care. I ordered aligners as per the suggestion of the sales rep who mentioned that I don’t need much correction. When I received my pdf of the smile makeover plan, I told them that it was only covering my front teeth and the major portion of my correction was supposed to be my rear ones. No one got in touch with me, I asked to review my plan and suddenly after 8 months, they sent my aligners with the initial profile and no correction. No one responds to the queries, they just make a proxy by texting or giving you a call and if you don’t pick up or text/ call back, no one responds. In my personal opinion, your local dentist might be 5k costly but is worth it. I had the option but went with Toothsi because it was 7k cheaper and the grand marketing it did.

Fake services they just provide only first set after that they will not deliver remaining please don’t go with toothsi I just completed my half treatment and now I shop using because they are not providing remaining aligner

Using Toothsi for more than 6 months, I must say their post sales service is pathetic. No timely support, very long call waiting, more than 30 minutes to get assigned to the chat support. I had raised my support ticket on 30th October, and still no resolution. They said they will call back soon and I got a call back after 1 week that too bcz I raised another case with support again. I wanted to get the buttons on my teeth removed for my wedding and just for this they charged me 4k until I fought back and they reduced 1k. They said they will assign relationship manager, but except for him asking me to buy more of their products and to submit a rating in the first 2 weeks, I haven’t heard from him at all even after me initiating conversations.

So they have deleted my comment again and again. Because i spoke reality. I had been promised it would be smooth treatment but from starting 1st session i got rashes achne and black spots. Even after consultation dr they just suggested allergic medicine. After 4 sessions my hair growth got more heavier and darker. No solution was ever provided to me after too many consultations. When i raised my concern more they came up with 1 thing that left over sessions would be refund. For that refund they actually took 2 months as they were giving unnecessary reasons. Till the time i got no call from senior person. Now my face and body have got worsen and literally so many marks and just got refund for pending sessions after a lot of fight but what about the money loss i faced. The package they provide is way expensive den of others but i had really trusted this app but they just want to have money in their pockets. I wish every app rating could be zero star plus the company won't be able to delete your comment. Plus don't let them play with your skin. They don't even care about their clients or about they skin concerns. Please learn basic ethics and be honest with your clients if you are running a company.

i got my plan worth 52000 for aligners but after payment they asket me to change the plan for braces for which i was not interested from then till now i didnot recieved a single rupee its been 15 days now and no one is there for help me so please guys do not use this app as you can also loose your hard earned money here

This people dont have any proper centerd in entire india and speacialy in goa they are hiring any random doctors which dont have any specialisation of this aligners They only want to make money I had peoblem with my aligners some of them were too tight i still wore it assuming the pain the bleeding is part of treatment But things worsened when the second box of aligners arrived They were not properly made and started pressing my gums I still wore it and then later when I couldn’t wear the aligners i called them They booked my appointment and the doctors and their online consultants were asking me to restart the treatment with same aligners when I couldn’t even wear those due gum problem Whole my treatment was a waste of time and money And now my teeths are in worst position the front ones are shaking and may fall at any time Earlier i had gaps which were far better Traditional aligners are way better Dont feel shy coz they are visible and all Its the proper treatment This invisible online aligners are only business material they are here to make money And they dont even give refunds for unsuccessful treatment Thanks to Virat Kohli for helping toothsi team for cheating and looting people And now there’s another story they dont hve any centers in goa I asked them for traditional aligners for that they are calling me to mumbai whereas before they made me meet some dentists in goa

I got my scan done and paid half for the treatment which was promised to me, when it came to final execution they denied the price agreed upon earlier and asked me to pay double the amount, I asked them to refund the money which they didn’t and forced me to either pay double or let go of the money I have already paid. This went on for 10 months, I finally had to file a complaint at Consumer Grievance portal, after which they processed the refund in a day. Worst medical services company, zero coordination between different teams, no one is aware about their work and the worst mobile app- kids from my college can make a better app, please hire a good product manager or just give some college students an assignment, they’ll give you a better app in 10 days.
