1st impression is last impression - very poor
I used for 1st time and showed discount but driver charge full amount saying tootle will refund, i deleted the app

There are very few riders
Attention:
Make more riders available. There’s no one to accept the request. If there’s not anyone to accept then what’s the point of giving promos! With using the promos too the fees increases by 15/20 rs on a short ride.
Disgusting App
The driver doesn’t want to accept the ride if the promo is applied. The driver request you to cancel the ride and pay them the whole amount of the ride. Disgusting
Driver fault
Too bad , driver is canceling ride after accepting the ride and not available anywhere else..
Use pathao
I ordered a ride from this app and the rider declined my order cause i had a heavy discount. I waited 15 for the rider only for him to cancel. This is why people use pathao instead of your app.
Live tracking is poor
I booked the rider and the live tracking is not good.. the rider disappeared from my map😩
