App is terrible some items don’t come up , Stopped using site

When I click on an item to read more info, the picture and info another product comes up. It’s so frustrating and the reason I always end up ordering from Makro online instead. Tops, please please please get your bugs fixed! this happened to me a few months ago,and despite having two or three app updates since, it’s still happening! And PLEASE may I suggest when you product a picture of a product, to take more photos, so that the back and side (if applicable) of the packaging is showing also, IN HIGH RESOLUTION FORMAT, so that customers can read the information on the back of the package. Often I want to know what ingredients are in a product but you only post the front of the package! It would helpful to see the back also thank you kha 🙏🏾✨

The previous review of this app is very old but as it’s the only one I was hesitant to try. However, the app is updated, with many things to choose from and very easy to use. I used it for the first time yesterday and had groceries delivered free to my door today! So glad Tops is doing this and I hope the other stores follow their example!

This apps does not allow you to browse all the products. Only able to view those on special. Not really useful as it acts as a notes/ reminder only.

เวอร์ชั่นใหม่ยังช้าเหมือนเดิม แต่เพิ่มปัญหา -กดของใส่ตะกร้าไว้แล้ว ผ่านมา2วันจะมากดสั่ง ของหายเกลี้ยง ต้เงมากดใหม่ -ไม่มีแจ้งสินค้าหมดก่อนที่ตะกดเข้าตะกร้า พอกดสั่งแล้วระบบก็มีแจ้งนะว่าของหมด แต่ไม่บอกว่าสินค้าชื่ออะไร บอกเป็น SKU…แทน แล้วลูกค้าจะไรู้ได้อย่างไร ว่ามันเป็นสินค้าitemไหน ผู้ใช้ต้องเสียเวลาสุ่มเองว่าสินค้าในตะกร้ารายการไหนของหมด สั่งไม่ได้ แล้วไม่บอกพร้อมกันนะ จะบอกที่ละ1-2รายการ เราต้องเสียเวลาลบของออกจากตะกร้า ทำแบบนี้อยู่2ชม. ก็ยังสั่งไม่สำเร็จ ต้องรอข้ามวัน ลองสั่งถึงทำได้ รบกวนช่วยปรับปรุงด้วยค่ะ

Fix the date of birth string when registering the card, I fill in everything correctly, but it gives the error consentVersion must be provided with string , can not be empty string

Delivery within 1.5-2.5 hours. They prepare order too long. Grub from the store delivery within 1 hour (some positions and promotions unavailable), but via original TOPs app - 2.5 hours :-((( Why???

ใช้บริการมาตั้งแต่ช่วงโควิดระบาดใหม่ๆ ไม่เคยมีปัญหา จนมาตอนนี้มีบริการจัดส่งด่วน สมัคร tops prime เพื่อจะได้ส่งด่วนประหยัดค่าส่ง แต่พอตะสั่งของสดไม่มีส่งด่วนให้ใช้ แล้วชั้นจะสมัครไปทำไมคะ ส่งด่วนคือชั้นต้องรอรับของอยู่แล้วปะ วันหลังไม่ต้องมีบริการนี้ก็ได้ค่ะ ปรับปรุงแอพบ้างนะคะ คุยกับแอดมินเค้าก็ช่วยไม่ได้แจ้งว่าเป็นที่ระบบ เอิ่ม????????
