All the bug fixes in the version history; I finally deleted the app and redownloaded it (iOS), and now it works! Don’t know why I didn’t think of that in the first place 🤦🏻‍♀️ no more browser shopping lol

The app spins and never loads. Developer suggestions have helped app to work correctly. Thanks.

Won’t even load and there’s no update. Been like this for months

The app hasn’t loaded for a long time now, and according to the reviews here, they’re not worried about it. I update the app regularly, and I have the latest version. According to other reviewers, their app doesn’t work either. It’s not a user issue, it’s an app developer issue.

Edit: Received word to update the app for bug fixes - my app is completely up to date and still not working. Original: App will not let me view my shopping bag or make a purchase. Extremely disappointing.

I bought a bra tru the app, I ordered my normal size and the cup size was to big, I went the the steps to return it and their there only going to give me $20 something of the $40 I spent on the bra. Guess I’m stuck with a bra that doesn’t fit.

Every time I place an order it says payment invalid.. tried 2 different cards from 2 different banks. When I called they were unprofessional, had no tech support, and no desire to fix it. They just wanted to put the sell in over the phone and were rather pushy about it. Looking at my bank account they took the money out and put it back.. so why was it invalid?

Have latest app version, will not open. In fact haven’t been able to open it in a long time.

The amount of lag in this app makes it so frustrating to shop and quite honestly I don’t like using the app because of it. It’s scrolls for 4-6 pics and then freezes for 10 secs over and over. Other apps have no problem scrolling with zero difficulties or lag. Update: There has been no update. I make a complaint and you tell me to update the app because you fixed it. No you haven’t. I have the most recent update done 3 weeks ago. Today is 6/29/24. Also the idea that you think the app is not updated is insulting. What person doesn’t have updates automatically done?? Fix the app. Find the bugs that cause it to lag and fix it.
