ToSeePlus - Smart Camera

Preciso cancelar a assinatura de armazenamento em buscam porque a câmera não está prestando mais (muito ruim, por sinal). Mas, seguindo as instruções, não consegui solicitar o cancelamento.

Horrível, tinham que tirar do Ar esse App , não conecta com a Câmera vc tem que tentar 600 vezes para conseguir 1 e quando consegue a Câmera fica caindo. Existe algum outro App para esta câmera ?

Consegui configurar mas com muita dificuldade, no meu iPhone 7 novo 2020. O software que acompanha a câmera é muito instável. A energia captada pelo painel solar q acompanha, não dura uma noite sequer. Penei um bocado.

Aplicativo não funciono no iPhone, mesmo atualizado. Segui todas as orientações do manual e mesmo assim a câmera não funcionou ..

A câmera não funciona com a Alexa por conta de restrições geográficas, logo a câmera não funciona com a Alexa, diferente do que diz a documentação, corrijam isso por favor. Além disso é difícil configurar a câmera, a tradução é pobre, e a câmera apresenta atrasos absurdamente altos no vídeo.

Works fine works with Alexa. The app has notifications but won’t notify me in my iPhone 14.

The app will not show networks, therefore the camera can't connect. Installation not possible. Have to use the other ToSee app which doesn't work with Alexa.

I paid over $200 for this camera. I subscribe to cloud when I can afford it. The camera is kicking on, but that app is blocking me from seeing my videos that my SD card has recorded. Which is messed up. I understand that you want to make money, but to block my camera so I can’t see it is wrong. Today I had a flat tire and I couldn’t even view my camera because you are blocking my SD card. I walked up on my porch. Saw the camera come on, but still there was no recording on my SD card even though it says there is space is being used on my card. I don’t recommend ur products because this is selfish.

I have two IPhones and this app doesn't work on either one. When I click on the at sleep icon, there is a pause and then the app just exits. It works fine on my Galaxy 8 note phone, but I don't want to use that phone.
