ToSeePlus - Smart Camera

Works fine works with Alexa. The app has notifications but won’t notify me in my iPhone 14.

The app will not show networks, therefore the camera can't connect. Installation not possible. Have to use the other ToSee app which doesn't work with Alexa.

I paid over $200 for this camera. I subscribe to cloud when I can afford it. The camera is kicking on, but that app is blocking me from seeing my videos that my SD card has recorded. Which is messed up. I understand that you want to make money, but to block my camera so I can’t see it is wrong. Today I had a flat tire and I couldn’t even view my camera because you are blocking my SD card. I walked up on my porch. Saw the camera come on, but still there was no recording on my SD card even though it says there is space is being used on my card. I don’t recommend ur products because this is selfish.

I have two IPhones and this app doesn't work on either one. When I click on the at sleep icon, there is a pause and then the app just exits. It works fine on my Galaxy 8 note phone, but I don't want to use that phone.

This is one of the worse apps ever. It keeps logging out.

Records can’t be saved on sad memory at all and there is no option to configure it! It only saves records on cloud which needs monthly subscriptions

Yes its bad last version was better this new one takes longer to load and if that is not the issue you it logs off so we have to sign in everysingle time

Before the update it was terrible but now everything works great so far without issue. Cams turn on right away for the most part and now I receive notifications again and before I couldn't so someone could be having a free for all in my yard and never know it.

The device does not allow playback of alerts from memory card if your subscription runs out. At most it is a remote camera. Other devices available allow local storage and playback from the device’s memory card. This one doesn’t.

I been pleased with camera but no so much with its connectivity. The solar panel no longer charges the battery (after 14 months). When plugged in it to AC it works but it looses connectivity where I cannot wake up the camera. It says device offline. What is interesting is that I can view cloud storage events. Last but not least I don’t get notification of events although they been loaded to the cloud. I have removed the camera and added it again but same issue reoccurs after working for some time.
