No drivers, bad customer service, and when the drivers are available they are horrible

I love toters, I’ve been using it for years. In Beirut, Baghdad, and Najaf. However, in Najaf specifically, it has some glitches. All restaurants would be suddenly closed (except toters fresh) between 7pm and 10pm at random times. This is very annoying as I can’t even place an order in my cart. If there’s shortages in delivery drivers then simply mark restaurants as “pre-order for a certain time” instead of shutting everything off.

This service is not available in my area so 1 star until they get to my area as well

I had an issue with my order and not only they have lied to me but also zero action was taken.

I ordered food from a 4.8 star rated restaurant , and to my luck it was 2 hours and a half late. After talking to customer service , they stated that I will be compensated . Once the food arrived it was disgusting and cold , their response was that they contacted the restaurant and they refused to issue a refund , and simply apologized for the situation. I ordered for 400,000 , they compensated me with 20%. I ended up having a bite of one of the plates and throwing the rest, and worst : without electricity! I planned my timings so that I can atleast eat with electricity , yet it wasn’t the case.

A quick Google search about this company shows how they fleece their customers, their delivery drivers and the vendors that sign up to be on their platform. Instead of improving their practices, they play on heartstrings - ‘support Lebanese startups’. No immoral startup is getting my support.

Good customer service, easy to track deliveries. Sometimes issue with restaurants or shops accepting orders and then phoning to say don’t have products instead of rejecting the order. Any issues flagged on the app are followed up quickly by Toters customer service
