Do not waste your money!!! While my bf’s work mine doesn’t! After 30 times trying to get it to connect it finally did then stopped working the next day. Did everything it said to fix the problem and still sitting with a piece of junk! Save your money and go with someone one else to buy one!

The app has glitches and connection to the bracelet is horrible, but the app is very romantic and all.

I love my bracelet, but the app could definitely use some bug fixes. When my husband goes on his app, it won’t allow him to change his name in his profile, and sometimes the app on my phone will crash and then I have to open it up again. Other than that, this is a really fun way to let one another know we’re thinking of each other throughout the day. 🥰

The app is awesome and my gf and I love sending thoughts throughout the day. But the bracelets lose connection a lot and we have recently gotten a lot of “failed” notices on the app. Is there a connectivity problem lately?

App doesn’t work and neither do the bracelets

I just bought the sun&moon they both pair to our phones, and we are connected. The sun will send messages to the moon, but only receives it on the phone, bracelet never vibrates, phone is fully updated, and there is no "i' next to the bracelet in bluetooth settings (unpaired and repaired several times). The moon never sends message the sun, to the phone or the bracelet. Big disappointment in a valentines day surprise (considering it's tomorrow and i have to sneak my wifes phone from her to troubleshoot it).

We bought them to keep in touch. It doesn’t work like the suggestion is online. It also seems that you want to access to much personal information. Also leaving the app open at all times wears your battery down. So after purchasing a very expensive bracelet that will eventually turn since it is not metal protected from water really a lesson well learned and we will be uninstalling the app. It would be nice if you made them to at least light up when in close proximity of each other or had the codes to work without the app and could receive updates. As you work on better use of them

I can't get past the first page where it asks you to send a code. I have had this app for 3 months now trying to set it up to me and my boyfriends phone and every single time it has failed. It was a total scam considering you can’t use the bracelets without the app. If anyone knows how to make this work please tell me.

How come my app is on Chinese?

the app is great and really romantic and nice, but i wish there was more you can offer your partner in life than those messages the app has to offer, messages that the user can send from our own words and feelings, (Custom Message) like for example," im thinking about you" or "i can't wait to see you" with heart symbols etc basically a user's choice of words to send to he's/her's romantic parnter. that's all thank you.
