The app was working great for my partner and I until this new update - now you can’t customize the messages and that was the most exciting part of this product/application for us. Don’t update the app if you haven’t yet! And please bring back customized messages.

The latest update removed the option to send custom signal messages - I.e., changing “Love you” to something else. The ability to customize the signals more is the reason I chose these bracelets over others. Extremely disappointed in this update. Stop “fixing things” that aren’t broken!

The new update is awful and you can’t change what they mean anymore is awful

Skill issue. (Jk, other reviewers. Jk) anyway, me and my fiancé love this product. She currently lives in California and I live in Florida and the product works fine, if you’re next to your phone. Your bracelet has to be connected to Bluetooth and near the phone, or you won’t get any vibrations or lights from your partner. Others had a legit privacy concern. So, I’ll give it a 4 star rating for that. But other than that, it works fine. I love this bracelet. Just be next to your phone. And maybe have better customer service for your other customers who are not as tech savvy as my fiancé 💗💗💗

I don't like that the update has only 3 options.. i miss the variety of options.. and when the colors AND VIBRATIONS stay when you change it, when me and my partner both try to change it, it always changes to something else.. i'm sick of it doing that.. i miss how it had the special vibrations for the other 3 options.. sad, sorry, and need you, now it's just the same for everything, cuz i can't even use the short vibration setting.. please do something.. idk what but something to fix it..

Really good bracelet and the app is so easy to understand

The bracelets simply don’t connect consistently, and they’re not worth the price tag let alone the spyware. I don’t see any action being taken to fix this, so I am dissatisfied with my purchase.

Overall, it is a great app. I love the connectivity with the bracelet. I do think some features should be customized. Custom messages should be able to be added to bracelet taps, including custom taps. If I want to tell my wife that I think she should come sit on my face I should be able to make a tap on the bracelet to send that message.

I bought these necklaces and got the app the app always says no connection even if im on WiFi or VPN I can’t even create an account and it’s a big waste of money and time.

I’m the terms and conditions, it says it’s run by QQ (social media in China). It also says any message or picture or video you send in the app can be collected and distributed worldwide by any means, including means that will exist in the future but don’t exist now. You waive some some provisions by agreeing to the terms as well. If you got it as a gift, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t use the bracelet part! Just don’t use the chats, love letters, upload pics, etc. Using it for bracelet connectivity seems to be normal. I also wouldn’t use the “share” function (to other social media, emails, etc). The rest of the policy is regular stuff Facebook and and other apps collect all the time, advertising, etc etc. you can’t really avoid that at this point. The app has to be open in the background at all times, as well as connected to the internet. That’s because you’re sending the signal to the app, then the app sends a signal to the other phone through the open app. You have to have “background app refresh” on in settings. Any photos on your phone are still private unless you upload them to the app. Like I said, just avoid the app for doing anything but sending bracelet signals. I’ll update this review if the actual function of the product stops working correctly.
