If you have listened to any of the podcasts that Dr Tro has been on, you’ll know that he really wants to educate people on what works for sustainable weight loss, improving health outcomes and bringing people together in community. I have been blessed to be a patient of his for almost two years now and have learned so much from his team and from the information on this app. It’s user friendly and builds such a sense of community. I couldn’t imagine this journey I’m on without the app. I’ve made some deep connections with people I would have otherwise not met. I’m forever grateful to Dr Tro and his team for the love and support and passion they all show every single day.

What a great health focused platform! Love the community aspect and how engaging it is! All the support available is amazing! *Please update app to allow better control of notifications 🙏 would be great to turn off reactions to posts and comments without turning off all notifications from comments themselves.

I really appreciate that I can be in community with others on a similar journey without having to deal with the distraction and overwhelm of other social media platforms. This app is full of great info and opportunities to connect, all well vetted by Dr Tro and his team, so very trust worthy info.

A place where I don't feel like the only low carb aficionado!

I’m new to this app but have found it to be easy to use. It contains lots of great videos and the chat room is great.
