Dr. Tro, Amy Eiges, Brian and the rest of the coaching staff have done wonders for our corporate community. We’ve saved money on healthcare costs, employee morale is through the roof, and we’ve seen amazing turnaround in people with type2 diabetes and some of our employees who wanted to lose weight. This app was an entire library of articles, recipes, videos that reflect the philosophy of eating whole foods, knowing how the body metabolizes the two essentials amino acids and fatty acids (protein and fat) as well as how much personal mental health plays a role in overall wellness.This app made such a huge difference for my staff, but also myself personally as I lost 35lbs in 6 months! App founders also consistently publish peer-reviewed research and strive to change a narrative buried in fake foods and advertised media. With the Dr. Tro app, I feel empowered.

If you have listened to any of the podcasts that Dr Tro has been on, you’ll know that he really wants to educate people on what works for sustainable weight loss, improving health outcomes and bringing people together in community. I have been blessed to be a patient of his for almost two years now and have learned so much from his team and from the information on this app. It’s user friendly and builds such a sense of community. I couldn’t imagine this journey I’m on without the app. I’ve made some deep connections with people I would have otherwise not met.
