For the last two weeks I have not been able to sign in. When I tap the sign in link, the screen goes black for a couple of seconds and then returns to the home screen. I’m using an iPhone. I have deleted and reinstalled the app but it doesn’t help.

I love that i could check on all of my car info!! Live the app.

Need to re connect several times even though it is not connected. Even try with restarting the engine then also difficult to connect. Unpaired and paired again for several times is not good services

This app can’t start my car, sometime work sometime don’t work, what going on with Toyota

One of the worse app and not user friendly. Difficult to add my second Toyota and the scan QR never work. Uninstalled and reinstalled still doesn’t work with my new iPhone 16. Can’t compare with my Tesla and never had over the air updates anyway.

Great car and very good app

We bought a 2024 Prius two days ago. Yesterday I downloaded and installed the app to check out the subscription services. I wanted to add my wife to the account. My app’s gui is NOT similar to the videos fr Toyota that I found. I was on the phone with their help line for over an hour. Aside fe not having the menu choice available, I was unable to complete the task in the car with the touchscreen. I spent the greater part of the day trying to get this to work for my wife. I failed. The help line knows little about the app or how to perform what seems like a function any couple would want to complete. My second bad exp. With Toyota apps for phone after entune years ago.

Constantly logs itself out I do like being able to check my car to see if it’s locked and remote start but if it’s logged out Siri won’t work to start it
