Tractive GPS for Dogs and Cats

I love using this to track my dog especially after moving into the countryside where my dog loves to chase birds and often gets lost. The app is always accurate and the info relating to my dogs activity is also really interesting. One thing I would suggest is a widget so that I could quickly hop into a specific section of the app straight from my home/Lock Screen. Was debating buying the product and subscription but I must say I’m glad I did.

Brilliant app, wish the battery on the tracker could last a bit longer.

My cat lost his tracker a week ago today. And I am still waiting for response from your technical support. By now the battery of the tracker is empty. Your services are appalling, incompetent and completely useless. I would never recommend you to anybody.

The app is fine, but the support this company provides is very poor. They have no sense that their product is pet safety, so when they leave you waiting for weeks on end to fix errors in their product, your pet is at risk all this time. FIND A PRODUCT WITH BETTER SUPPORT!

When our dog goes walk about. It dose not take much time to track bad dog down. He is learning to be a very good dog , after 3 months of training and tracking. Tracker is Brilliant thank you. A & J. Woof Woof. 😄

Was happy with app for last while but latest release has removed the critical feature of showing you the direction my dog is. “If it ain’t broke don’t fix it “. Support said would be weeks before might be fixed.

Fit bit aspect of the tracker very useful. Can increase the food for a very active day. Virtual zones great & alerts give peace of mind.

We got this for our now 9 month old kitten who’s recently started going out, we live rurally in west of Ireland and are surrounded by large areas of land that are dense with trees. It would be impossible to find our little man and we needed assurance we could locate him at any point as he is predominantly a house cat. We bought the newer smaller version with collar and paid the 2 year subscription with extra insurance covering replacement he wears it no bother even though generally he doesn’t wear a collar, in fact he actual will go and sit up where it’s located when he wants to go out and wait for it to be put on, he then goes to back door and waits patiently until we tell him he can go ( we are waiting for the the ok to track him on the app!!). We don’t use it on Wi-Fi mode as we found its not as accurate, it is so accurate we can literally tell when he is coming over our site fence into our garden, if he’s going into areas we don’t want him to ( my hubby set up the red zones which warn us with notifications) then we can go check on him. We only allow him out for several hours several times a day and he comes running back when we call him. So this tracker has been brilliant giving us peace of mind knowing where he is at all times. We would highly recommend.
