Worst App
I have never seen this kind of stupid app. I was tracking my train on this app, it was showing that train is 5 km far away from the station and the train passed through the station. And suddenly it shows the train has gone. And it always shows wrong platform. Cause of this I missed my long journey train.
Useless app, don’t use it
No customer support, after placing the order there will be no way to track it. And also if transaction fails god knows what to do as their customer care never works. You are on your own.

Inaccurate Information
The information provided by this app is often delayed and very often inaccurate. While two of three tickets were confirmed the app does not show it. Similarly the train status way inaccurate sometimes. Needs improvement
Good app & Clean UI but Misses information about certain trains!
I love this app. It has a very clean and simple to use interface. Clutter free and ad free. The only con I saw was it doesn’t give any info on special trains while other apps were providing. Ex:- 09494 Patna Ahmedabad SF special. Did not find any info related to this train. Also another special train - 08104 Varanasi Tata summer special was not found on this app. These should be included to make the app more reliable.
