the worst place to book the tickets tried to file tdr but the app does not show the reasons to submit tdr so cannot file it. most ridiculous experience. never buying tickets again from this site.

Horrible Customer service
Very bad customer support. No one is responding. Booked my ticket using their option “no irctc id” and recorded no refund
Extra deduction on Refund/cancellation
Don’t use this application for booking a tickets. If your mind changes then cancellation/refund as showing on website is much different than you received.

Super quick service
This app is super quick and easy to book train tickets. I booked ticket for my wife and it took few simple steps to complete the booking.
Incorrect Status
I am so disappointed after tracking the status of the train. My brother suppose to travel today June 12 in train 02617 from KGQ and the train scheduled shows as 20:08 . But the train passed at 17:52. And he missed the his way and it costs too much for him. Never trust this app
