Worse transcriber ever

I can’t even start explaining how bad this app is… after reading g the reviews and the app description, I was expecting a very accurate transcription. First of all, the first paragraph doesn’t make any sense and second, I only have three small paragraphs of transcription on an 8 minute video!! I hope i can get reimbursed. JAChristophe

Not great

The app is extremely slow. It’s been 51 minutes for a 30 minute transcription and it’s still not done. The one I did transcribe wasn’t super accurate. I wished it worked better so unfortunately I won’t continue my subscription after the month is up

Quality of transcription

The app was great in that I uploaded a voice memo and a short time later. The quality is what I found to be not so great. Multiple duplicate entries that made it difficult to edit the document. I have tried other apps that were better at transcribing. I cancelled my subscription and will try a different app.

Horrible

Bought the $14 subscription and got the transcription back, IT WAS HORRIBLE. Didn’t even make sense and was definitely not what was in the recording. Complete waste of money!!!

It was good until I paid

So I tried this Transcriber free for a few items and it worked great. I needed more storage I needed more time. I need more things transcribed so I paid for the subscription. Once I paid for the subscription, it stopped working. I kept getting a message. Please try again. So I reached out to the email for customer service and took them a few hours to get back to me telling me to change the format which I had already done and it still won’t work. So now they have my money and I can’t transcribe anything and I can’t get any help so if you need it for a trial. And you don’t have to pay for it then it’s great but once you pay for it it stops working. So save your money.

How do we know it will even work well ?

The minimum amount I have to pay to even see if it does a good job is $11 or $13 .. just to see if it even works It should allow us to transcribe one audio for free or even 1 minute of a audio note just to see if it works so we can then potentially want more and then pay for it I mean I’m sure it works but then again I wish this option could be improved because I don’t know about others but I’m not willing to risk paying and not liking the results
