Complete failure

I downloaded this app intending to use it for my Arabic meetings, recording and transcribing them. I selected the weekly subscription, but I was billed for a full year instead—an incredibly deceptive move.Then, I tried using the Arabic transcription feature, and it was a complete disaster. The app failed to recognize more than 50% of what was said, making the transcription inaccurate and unusable. The translation was also far from correct. Overall, this app misleads users with its pricing and fails at basic functionality. Definitely not worth the money!

This app does not provide any useful features

Don’t use this app! The site is unhelpful as it does not transcribe accurately, does not provide useful review of the conversation ( not easy to find a specific part of the conversation) and provided no summary or outline or AI capability from the conversation— which I thought it would /could do. There was no opportunity to fully test the usefulness of your app prior to purchase and the app information alluded to having desirable features one would need for recording — which is all false advertising and far from the truth. Also, As someone who was looking to subscribe monthly, I had been given the impression that I was clicking on the monthly plan— whereas the payment plan screen which you say offers the choice between choosing a monthly versus a yearly plan automatically had sent me to the annual plan page without me being aware ( the payment indicated costs as monthly)— which is inherently confusing for new customers. I won’t trust a developer who does not provide clarity on the payment being made or the ability to allow new users to test whether the app will work for one’s needs. I do not recommend this app at all.

Transcriber - Great service

Great Service they resolved my issue , quickly and effectively . I would definitely recommend them. It’s so refreshing to interact with a person and not a bot , it makes the world of difference . Thank you Veronica .

Rubbish

Talks about free trial but I couldn’t use it without paying £6. It was aweful. Didn’t recognise different speakers and quality of transcription was terrible. Feel robbed for paying the money.. where was my free trial!

Pointless Transcription

Says you can test before you buy - no procedure to do this. Says you can cancel - no procedure to do this. Trascription was totally unrecogniseable compared to uploaded file. No support. Steer clear.

Terrible - transcripts are total nonsense

Transcripts are laughable and don’t even remotely catch the spoken word. Save your money

Terrible transcription

Spent more time editing the text than I would if I’d just payed it back and written it down. Guess it’s not meant to work with recorded voice. I’ll look elsewhere.
