When I paid, it says around 13-15HKD per week. Tried to pay for a week but had to pay for a month of 148HKD. After I paid, backup all WhatsApp data and got no SMS, saying have to wait for 9 hours to recent. 9 hours later, have to wait for another 18 hours, then 24 hours and now it just told me to wait for another 48 hours. The worst app ever. Paid 148 for nothing!
I have purchase this app, but after finished transfer, it’s need to buy it again for use. I have buy it for year. how to solve it?
This app says ‘pay for subscription once on your old phone’ and then when you install the app on your new phone, it requires you to buy it for the new phone as well. What a complete scam! Do not pay for the subscription for this app! Absolutely disgraceful! I would give it negative stars if so could.
Does not work as advertised. Transferring audio files to new phone required me to upload each file to Dropbox, convert the files from M4A back to MP3, and then re-upload the files to iTunes. Overall the process required too much time. Customer service was not helpful, they responded to my questions by asking many questions relating to a different PC version of the app. I ultimately asked for a refund, still waiting for the refund to be processed.
This app flawlessly transferred over all of my videos, photos and documents from my android phone to my new iPhone. I had 20,000 photos to transfer and this was the easiest way to do it. Other apps did not work.
I got no further than that fine print, called 'Terms And Conditions'. Users of this software must agree to accept China jurisdiction for all disputes! 🚨 Users from the Western world (US, Europe . . .) , 🚨 YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! 🚨
Worst app ever. I tried 4 hours with no solution. I paid for all the packages also to no solution. Customer service troubleshooted every alternative with no solution, yet they wouldn’t refund me until I sent them the file logs.
I’m normally pretty careful what I purchase but it seemed promising. But it did NOT work at all!! Wanted to transfer from android to apple but nope. Never again
I spent $9 trying to put my pictures over to a new phone. I downloaded the app on both phones and paid on one, it’s prompting me to pay on both. Scam.
I tried so many times in different apps and this one was the one I love it. Took all night but it was worth transferring my 39k photos
