I purchased this when I upgraded to my iPhone 16 as I had issues transferring g the data from WhatsApp, after a few hours going through all the options I was not able to rescue my data, applied for a refund to be told no It’s a lot of money (£40) for something that dosnt work Reply to developer, I did contact Apple Store for a refund for this app that didn’t work but they said I wasn’t eligible, I tried to transfer my WhatsApp data for 30 mins before giving up and requesting refund

Honestly don’t know know if I used this app wrong or not. But as soon I went to the phone to phone bit and tried to transfer data, it asked me to pay. Honestly very annoyed at this had to wait for the app to install for ages and then get very confused. And now I have to pay for it? I’m not wasting my time on the useless app.
Bait & Switch
Paid for a yearly sub even though I knew I was going to use it once. Transferred my WhatsApp chats and other data just fine. 2 weeks later I notice my chats aren’t actually all on WhatsApp anymore. Only chats from the last 2 weeks. Go on the MobileTrans app, can’t log in. Try to email support, says submission failed. What’s the point of all this???

It asks me to purchase the same package on the new phone before allowing transfer so basically you have to buy the same offer twice ??? Trying to get a refund
Refused refund despite clear explanation.
I requested a refund on this app as it was not fit for purpose and did not allow me to transfer my photographs. I’m not sure what happened but it was suggested that this app would allow me to transfer mobile phone photos to my laptop. It does not. It only supports phone to phone transfers. The request for a refund was rejected despite explaining this and appealing to explain further. I was unable to use the app and deleted it as soon as I realised this. I have never had a request for a refund rejected before so I question the values of this company. You need to make your marketing more obvious as to what your service supports. Disappointed.
