I love this game, but it has lots of bugs (music, cars, roada and even more), better to fix it

Error
great game, but after the previous update, my saved game won't start and I have to start from the beginning and it’s really not
Not working properly
good game but it often does not work, event and reward features does not work several weeks.
subscription update
I paid for a subscription in July, it was automatically renewed for August, but it is not active in the game, the developers do not want to understand. Аnswer here?
Last update is a disaster
From last update nothing works properly. Trucks are disappearing randomly, sometimes they are stuck and doing nothing for hours. Transocean ships doing their trips over and over again several times from the beginning. I am going to cancel my subscription. What a shame
Last patch is terrible
I’ve stopped playing after the last patch and unsubbed. The mechanics are now very user unfriendly. It’s a shame because it was my favorite game that I’ve been playing for a long time.

Last update 28.10.21 totaly burried this game not working at all and i am loosing my game points
worst support ever
Lost a village after reinstalling the game. Sent letter to support - no feedback. Wrote to FB - promise to solve that. Sent post in Discard - promises. Almost 2 weeks nobody cares. Play your games yourselves. Good luck.
