Great game
I love the game and all the aspects but my subscriptions aren’t working anymore I’ve tried unsubscribing and resubscribing but I am left with the same problem
Went downhill, no support
This game was fun, then issue after bug after issue just makes gameplay frustrating. Buying the silver plan or other paid plan does not get you any better support, one reply every 24 hours with the same questions. I do not recommend paying for anything in this game as it’s too far gone at this point.

Fun game, bad subscription bug
Been play TK:T now for about a month and really enjoying. The pacing is good and I love the transport puzzles and upgrade system. Downside though is I signed up for the gold pass for the nice boosts and no ads but I lose benefits constantly, often mid game session. It will eventually start working again but can be annoying when you’re stuck watching ads or have too many drivers deployed and you can’t adjust them cause you’re over capacity. Seems like a long-standing bug as looking at the help articles it’s been a known issue for at least 100+ days. Otherwise a great game barring the aforementioned bug and it’s the only thing keeping it from a fifth star for me.
Lost game
Game was fun until all my purchases was lost after being a way from it for a while.
Amazing game!
Been playing for a few years and can’t get enough! I did have issues with my account at one point, but the developers were extremely responsive and fixed everything quickly. I love this game and their team. Thanks for making such an awesome game.
Developers are struggling
After waiting moths for an update it came. Now it doesn’t even start. Hope they fix it someday. It used to be a good game. Update: It starts now but is still pretty glitchy in the rewards.
Broken
I was playing fine last night and when I hopped off then tried to come back, it doesn’t go passed the loading screen. Update so I decided to delete and start over again and this game is completely BROKEN! Somehow I unlocked level 4 but it’s still locked. The calendar is still locked. What a shame I’ve played this game when it first came out and came back to a complete mess.
