There are a lot more languages you can’t find but these are some! And Translations aren’t accurate, sometimes yes, sometimes no but mostly no. Oh and i guess its useful for conversations.,

Photo translation can't focus, can't switch languages with one click, can't copy with one click

You still did not add Ukrainian language in default list. I have to look for it in settings. Russian language exist a hundred years, Ukrainian exist thousands years, apple exist dozens years. Nevertheless apple hide Ukrainian and use Russian in default. The language of killers and maroders.

Why do Google apps - across the board - function better than Apple’s native apps on their own devices? Maps, weather, and, yes translator. Superior devices running garbage apps makes no sense.

The translation itself is not bad, but a couple things make this really frustrating to use. First any playback of translation input by voice will be played back at MAXIMUM VOLUME. not great in many environments, not to mention bad on the ears. There is no way to adjust this. The normal volume settings seem to have no effect on it. Secondly, it is very difficult to select the translated text, because touching the screen keeps activating the dictionary. Also, if you finally are able to actually get the cursor to select, there is no “select all “option, and you can only copy a couple lines at a time using copy, it won’t move below the first three lines or so that are displayed, drag down doesn’t work. Why there is no “select all“ option for what you’ve just translated is absolutely ridiculous in 2025. Update: great, now they have broken the ability to edit anything that you have spoken into the Translate box. How is it Apple is putting out a text-based product that you can’t do basic editing on? It’s just unbelievable. Yandex, which is free, does much better

Not Reliable

App freezes. The downloaded language doesn’t work. Can’t zoom with the camera. What a piece of garbage app. Super disappointed, especially from Apple.

Es perfecta , estoy muy sorprendido de todos los métodos efectivos que tiene para poder traducir y conversar. Está muy bien pensada y organizada y fácil de entender y usar .

It doesn’t load either language. Whether I put in one word, small sentence or long one it’s constantly generating but seems to get stuck. Thought it was due to not being updated but came here to find out it is up to date so I’m not entirely sure what’s going on with that. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.
