Outdated
Outdated UI, difficult to navigate. Google maps is better despite Transperth literally being designed for public transport. Google maps shows stops on your journey, so when you ask the driver to stop, you will know when your stop is next.

Time tables said bus would go straight to the city and it decided instead to do a loop
This app is so stupid i’m running to the bus stop and yelling when im running back from school and they left me. This app is also so delayed im walking to the bus stop and then it’s gone and its always 5 minutes early and then i have to wait another hour Fix this app 1 star
This app is not always accurate with time schedules specially buses. Also it’s buggy with saving favorite locations for easy travel planning — the app just closes and crashes once you tap on the ‘Favourite (heart icon) icon”
I have had this App for years. It used to work but now the journey planner will not get me past inserting the journey I wish to make, along with the day and time. Then…nothing happens. When I switch to searching for a train timetable, I receive only current “Live” train times. It is impossible to plan a journey for the next day with this app.
I can’t get the app to save a new favourite address. I already have one favourite added a year ago, but it crashes every time I try to add another favourite. Please fix this bug.
The app generally works as it should. Sometimes the live tracking isn’t working but unlike others I’ve found that when it says it knows where the bus is, that’s because it actually does. Outside of tracking though, there isn’t much that the bus does that google maps can’t. The walking speeds are stupid, with medium being well below average and fast being usain bolt, meaning either options that should be suggested aren’t or options that don’t work are suggested anyway. The option to look at a list of the buses and trains departing a stop or station is useful, but would be much better if it used the live tracking to give more accurate information. Additionally, the filtering for it is very confusing as for a lot of routes it is completely unclear which way should be inbound and which way should be outbound. Overall I think the app does all the bare essentials of what it should do, giving information about scheduling, disruptions and journey suggestions. The bus tracking is useful and in my experience fairly accurate, but is under-utilised.
Better than nothing but if you’re bus is late prepare to be constantly drip fed by the app that it is 2 or 3 minutes away every minute for about 15. Thanks for making me late for work today. Woke up for the 7am bus to get to work on time, despite having about 5 hours sleep, and then waited 15 minutes in the cold. Wouldn’t have been so bad if the app told me it was running about 10 minutes late so I had time to pop back inside, but as it was always 2-3 minutes away I had no time to do anything.
Why this app does not shows bus live location like train live location? This option was availeable!!! Regards
UX is not great. Live map tracking feature hidden by list of stops (can’t see the map). Needs more work.
