Tha app attempts to connect at exactly the same time as the t&c window opens preventing user accepting the EULA. Result: app totally stuck.

During three weeks recently spent in Perth this app was invaluable for organising travel from A to B. The map provides walking routes to your first connection. The approximate times given for services were so accurate that I’d rely on those to get off a bus in the suburbs where I didn’t know the surroundings and it never let me down. Having come from the UK where you catch a train or bus running on time once in a blue moon this seemed like utopia. Keep up the amazing work Perth.

Seriously, you can’t use the app to add credit to your smartrider? Delete app

Well designed, easy to use and very handy but frequently freezes so Google maps is actually more reliable. Needs update and bug fixes to become indispensable

"Sorry service not available" ....... What use is this app if it won't let me plan a journey

This would be a really useful app if it actually worked rather than stating 'sorry service not in use' every time you input a journey!!!

Outdated UI, difficult to navigate. Google maps is better despite Transperth literally being designed for public transport. Google maps shows stops on your journey, so when you ask the driver to stop, you will know when your stop is next.

Time tables said bus would go straight to the city and it decided instead to do a loop

This app is so stupid i’m running to the bus stop and yelling when im running back from school and they left me. This app is also so delayed im walking to the bus stop and then it’s gone and its always 5 minutes early and then i have to wait another hour Fix this app 1 star
