And it only accepts 9 digit phone numbers, which they are in Poland, but many other nationalities use 10 digits which it won’t accept. Complicated and confusing app for a complicated and confusing public transport system. Visited Katowice recently and used this app to purchase bus tickets. App requires pre-payment of around 5 times the cost of a typical bus ticket… but try and close the account or get your money refunded if your not Polish… non responsive to emails and the in built options in the app are no help at all. Disgusting tourist trap of an app.

List of available tickets to buy is empty

It's hard to overestimate the level of ignorance and incompetence which contributed to creation of this piece of rubbish app. The process of buying a ticket is overcomplicated and unreliable. You can expect to have to do multiple attempts, receive zillions of confusing messages and when you finally receive a positive confirmation find that have been charged twice. This is what happened to me. When you try to get your money back you will need to go through a hell of bureaucracy and waste more time that it is worth to get the refund.
