Gpx support
Tripsy is a nice app to organize tour trip info and documents. It would be better if you could add to option that allows you to add gpx routes.

The logo of the app is like a pig’s nose. I just can’t use it because of that I’m sorry.
I tried this app for my trip to plan to Japan. I had to fill in all by my self. No import of flights with stopover. No import of trains. Difficult to insert new events in previous filled dates. This is difficult to manage and not intuitive. Therefore too expensive for what its convenience!
V3 gives a lot of new options within the app. Congrats with this new edition! I am a PRO user. Unfortunately you still need an account to sync between Apple devices (I don’t use the server options of Tripsy at all) and still can’t sync my itinerary with my calendar without an account. Why do you need an account for this? The picture tiles of the holidays aren’t bight and clear. They add some gray-ish fog over the pics so you can see the text of the holiday. Please give the V2 tiles back. They look clear and you can see a clean picture. Expenses are finally part of this app, so you can look back how many a trip cost. Update after response developer: iCloud sync isn’t part of this app. Yes, you can export, create a .zip file and probably import it on another device, but this isn’t 1990 anymore! (Checked this, but don’t see an import function within the app. So also don’t know what you could do with the backup you made from the app) This can be done by iCloud automatically (and without any Tripsy account) so all devices are in sync without the change of errors. So please do better! From Tripsy support: “In order to sync information between devices, you need to create a Cloud account in Tripsy and login on to this account on all your devices.” So it’s NOT possible to sync your itineraries without a mandatory account!!
I used this app for about two years, it was always minimalistic in general but with a more complex interface for some of the features. I think the recent big update moves the app into the right direction. From first experience, interface for adding locations is simpler now (you don’t have to choose right away between Museum and Location/Place, for example, new app shows all categories in Places). Also looks like maps and location search improved. Good job! BTW the free version is very good, this is not always the case for the apps. There are small things that I wish were working differently (for example, if you enter Start datetime for activity, the End datetime defaults to today instead of Start, which does not make sense for most of the places), so I hope the app improvements will continue :)
Nu mooier overzicht reis en duidelijke navigatie door de app
This app is a must have for trip planning. It’s so much better than every other alternative I’ve tried, it’s not even a competition. The paid features are also really worth it.
Hi there, I use Tripsy for several years, so far so good (except for som issues on timezones 😉). However, I am traveling to Africa, Namibia and Botswana, in November. It appeared that Apple Maps cannot find any routes, showing straight lines on the map. Google Maps is missing som significant roads. My question is whether it is possible to use Google Maps for the overview map and calculations between points in order to get a better forecast of traveling time. There is a very good chart app of Africa, Tracks4Africa which is 200% better than G or A maps. It should be fine to be able to use T4A as default app for traveling. The option to get live flight info is very welcome. It might be very handy to be able to register seat nrs, gate nr, boeking nr and boarding pass nr (presenting QR or barcode), enabling a full paperless experience at the airport. Regards Jaa van der Spek Keep on doing good work!
They REALLY want you to pay. Without it you can barely do anything and they keep spamming notifications constantly to get you to try pro. So deleted the app and just used google, which does the same thing without spamming 👍
