I paid tru tng, the trek did not pick me up, I can even report tru the app or something

Unable to open the account tab which causes trouble as sometimes driver requires verification

Trek service was so bad.i never understand why the trek always delay.it is so terrible

Recently change to new phone and wan to log in to existing account, but I didn’t receive any 6 digit code after key in my number. Please assist.

Trek always the worst service ever. The driver seemed never moved at all and it was already passed the estimated time. When I waited too long, I cancelled and gor charge for RM1! Wth?? If you want to help the people like this with giving the bad service, might as well just disbanded this program. Useless and wasting customers’ time.

Plus, no pin number sentwhen choose to register with phone number

Need to use this ride since bus was discontinued. However, the apps keep crashing. Unable to confirmed rides, have uninstalled & reinstall..OTP not received. Unable to login after re-installing.. And the worst thing is the email add isn’t mine & unable to change it.. lousy apps. Kudos to fellow riders who help book for me when app crashes. Most importantly, why do we need to scan our IC? For what purpose? Even banking apps doesn’t need us to scan. Worst case scenario: sell our info.. 😱

9pm hard to book order , even close 10pm

All things considered, this app has been a big help in getting me around the area and I saved a lot of money, thanks to it. The drivers are well mannered and friendly. The vans are clean. Just that there are times the app has issues like the tracker stops working then it may cause misunderstandings. Nonetheless Im happy I have this money-saving option
