Trek App

the waiting time is always changing to a later time, not punctual AT ALL. don’t have the feature to send message to the driver. the driver used other application thus not following the same not route based on apps. the worst is the app said i have being picked up when in reality i am not. rapidkl please do better. changing bus to this is a great move but please make mkae update to app and provide more vehicles. usually i need to wait for bus 20 minutes but for this need to wait for freaking 1 hour?!!! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE

The driver just pass by me and not on time. As office worker who forced to use DRT because rapidkl discontinued my bus, the van is not on time. Should not discontinue the bus. Bad bad service. Should be on time just like bus. This is involved with people daily live. Improve your service or just give me my daily bus back.

19/06/2024 11:54am I booked the van but I saw the map from app, the van didn’t move around 20mins, so i need to wait it? Until night? So I cancelled but you guys charged me RM1? It’s my problem? My mistake? How you guys creat this charges?

The latest update makes this app unusable — I couldn’t log in because it keeps leading me to the Firebrand app page (perhaps the backend?) to get the TAC, and when I do get it I can’t access the TAC section again anyway. A shame, since Trek was pretty useful whenever I seem to miss the MRT bus.

I cant contact driver. There are few payment option but when booking, the payment method available only eWallets? No card? Pls fix this

As a office worker, scheduled booking is a must so that I can plan my journey well!

Been using this app for a while to commute from my house to the nearest LRT station. App is easy to use and the service is on point.

tried to contact them, there is no way to contact them other than email, which they DID NOT even respond to. Still didn’t get my item back, and didn’t even get a message back. Disappointing service.

i use the app everyday, and the app comes with improvements every update.
