Please improve the renewal process

So far it was a mission to get the product activated, had to do it on PC. The privacy scanner only works on PC not mobile as has an endless loop when applying settings. The sms and iMessage do not work albeit I don’t have iMessage available in my region. Can’t mark the sms as spam through trend micro despite enabling the options or requires. Everything else works though thankfully and have it on my PC. It’s unfortunate that I got the maximum security package and not premium as per email data leak check feature which is part of other antivirus on second tier packages but that’s fine. This antivirus is more effective on PC than mobile sadly but it’s good to test these apps so one can make a better choice which security provider meets your expectations.

Would have given you 5 stars if I don’t have to struggle every year to update my serial number for Maximum Security that I get through a third party.

VPN slows down network response significantly. This goes for both Telkom Mobile LTE and Vumatel fibre networks. I have to shut the TrendMicro VPN down if I have to do anything. It renders the phone unusable in my case. 1 star for a good idea.

Highly trustworthy. This is simply the safest security companion!

The app is great but sadly some features don’t work optimally. I can mention for instance the social media checks for privacy which has been malfunctioning for a while on Twitter and here they need to do work to improve it ‘cause it hangs indefinitely since the check does not complete the scan

The amount of functionality and protection they provide is amazing.Only takes a few minutes to set up then you can relax it will do the rest

Great antivirus and extra features are brilliant

Been using Trendmicro mobile for many years, not once does it scan the message.
