Great antivirus and extra features are brilliant

Been using Trendmicro mobile for many years, not once does it scan the message.

I like the way it tells what happens around you

Absolutely useless app renewal process. Will not progress to allow completion of renewal. Happens every year. Sick of lousy unprofessional service from trend. Seriously considering going to another company for cover.

Works well and efficiently behind the scene.

Technical support was disgusting.

Overall I really like this app, however since the last update whenever I have Web Guard VPN turned on I can not access the internet on my phone at all.

Your update has messed up internet connection to everything except Facebook. Required a fix from telco tech gurus to resolve. I was left unable to use mail, banking and any other internet for days, plus all my emails now go to spam, massive inconvenience when you are online auction and banking. The telco technician identified your security update as the issue, and to many other customers. Maybe you should consider some form of compensation

My internet was not working on my phone so not happy

When outside of the home and searching the internet the VPN won’t let me access any web sites that I have used repeatedly before.
