Coming from North Europe this is really the feeling to try to purchase a family ticket on iphone! I do not know if it is the law, but why I need to state, name, lastname, birthdate, telephone number, email for each and every member of my family, while family ticket cost is also identical to the ordinary ticket cost? Username is aldo derivated from email addres, why? What was wrong with using registered email as username to log in ? Welcome to Neanderthal
I have travelled around Europe using trains, but this app seems to be the first one to be really convenient, responsive and useful. It accepts all ways of payment (including Apple Pay), it shows real time train schedules and stores tickets. The main trick is not to forget to validate tickets after buying them (the app is not to blame, it’s Italian train ticketing system in general), but it is very conveniently designed.
Tried multiple times to book a train but it fails to accept my email address as a valid address. Let’s hope for a better app in the future because I love riding trains in Italy.
This app is fun and intuitive
It was a pure to download and I love to see this bright red app icon on my phone. In love with the art work and UX. Looking forward to using it and the Me&You offering tomorrow. Fun times ahead!!!
Earlier on I gave a detailed explanation how this app is inaccurate with the timetables and train numbers, somehow it got deleted.
Fantastico poter vedere orari, comprare biglietti e poi averli nel cellulare, senza stare neanche un secondo in fila ad una stazione!
Buona app. Secondo me bisogna mettere più in evidenza il binario di arrivo/partenza della stazione. Adesso per visualizzarlo devi andare in train status.
L’integrazione con Apple wallet non funziona. Cercate di sistemarla è super utile
