Today, I have a simple trip from Bressanone to Milano Centrale with one stop in Verona. I arrived in Verona and I’m struggling to find a my train to Milano on the Digital Board in the station. On my phone the personal view of the ticket is currently showing me the platform and train number of the next train to Milano with the info of the first train I just took to get here to Verona. So the two objects have the right time of departure and arrival and the rest is literally swapped between the two. I wish I could attach the screenshot but there is no simple way to send you a quick feedback on the app without going through an assistance page and then a lengthy “claim/suggest” form. If you respond to this with an email I’ll send you the screenshot if that helps. Hopefully is clear enough with the description I just provided.

How can a train ticket app soooo bad it’s not usable at all I don’t know who designed this I’m queueing at the line and the app is slower than the 30 ppl queue how can this company still survive ???

Searched for a train from Rome to the airport, booked and paid all fine. However, the app reversed my departure / arrival without me realising resulting in a €100 fine for not having a valid ticked + had to buy tickets for a second time. When I was able to recreate the error - despite submitting the correct ticket requirements - the ticket inspector just shrugged and said “not my problem”. So I’m fined and out of pocket through no fault of my own, because the app doesn’t work properly?!! I have screen recorded evidence of the bug and they still don’t care. Rubbish.

Dreadful. Even the Italians shrugged it off and advised us not to use it. Italian trains are excellent. Trenitalia app is not fit for purpose. If you’d like to pre-plan your train journey, suggest you buy tickets at the station. Do NOT use the App and get on an earlier or later train. Only get on the train you have booked. The ticket is NOT valid for other train journeys. Only check in when you are on the train. The compensation element of the App will NOT work if you ‘check-in to a train journey, then choose an earlier or later train and then request a refund. The risk of getting on an earlier or later train is a €60 fine per person and the cost of a full ticket. Be very careful.

Keeps asking me to update the app on iPhone

The application log me out. I tried to log in but not possible at all.

The Apple Watch is not able to retrieve data for the next journey. It keeps displaying ‘No ticket found.

What a useless App - won’t accept any country of residence and so can’t even register ! Where’s the UK nations ??

Nothing about it works. Impossible to book a ticket. Won’t accept any details. Don’t waste your time
