My staying in BANGALORE at Hotel Citadel, Sarovar Portico from 2nd of December 24 to 7th of December 24 were exceptionally good. It was my business trip. I spent 5 peaceful nights and six beautiful days in the hotel because of two beautiful boys of the restaurant. Mr. Surojit Pal and Mr. Bitu Sarkar are just unparalleled. Their hospitality and special care to me made my days beautiful.

I was welcomed by Lê My with a hot cup of herbal tea to the store and she helped me explore all the products I wanted to try and got me samples for them too, really great experience getting souvenirs from here! :))

Big thanks to Four points team and special thanks to Vineet and Vishal for the wonderful decorations at the lounge. It was my wife’s birthday and we had a very great time - cake, sparkling wine, starters, desserts, decorations in the room. The team at four points is like a family. They make you feel at home. This is one of the reasons I celebrate most of the family occasions at home. Thanks to Ashish and Megha too for making the occasion grand. Nicola - thanks to you as well. One of the reasons to be Four Points member since 4 years. Looking forward to celebrate the next occasion here :)

My 10th birthday celebration at the Taj was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, the entire team made me feel so special. The room was beautifully decorated with my favorite colors, and the surprise birthday cake was absolutely delicious. The staff even sang me a birthday song at dinner, which made me feel like a superstar. Every moment was filled with joy and excitement, and I couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate this milestone. Thank you, Taj, for giving me a birthday I'll never forget! Thank you Krishna - Caravela Thank you activity room staff- Patrika Saloni at front office Staff who decorated room for my birthday. Room service staff Guy at pool side bar… thanks for amazing mocktails. Front desk staff who promised me to courier my first pottery experience personally made pots to my home in Vadodara. 😊 hope I’ll receive soon. Thank for the beautiful birthday card and book mark made for me. 😍 truly an amazing double digit birthday experience I had. Hope to see you soon again for my sister’s birthday celebration 😊

Everything was good..location, pool . Essence restaurant

Had a wonderful time at the restaurant. Staff was really attentive to needs. Gargi served me and she took care of things herself.

Superb Quality food which make me feel like home . Must visit .. last time my family enjoyed the same. Just keep it up
