This company are the biggest spammers ever. Installed the app and started getting notifications every second day….literally every second day they were pounding me with notifications and spam type promotions. Have had to unsubscribe from all emails as well as they abuse that privilege too of having your email address. Once a week is the maximum I will accept. I don’t need to hear from you daily or every second day.

Don’t waste money on multi national companies just to give them free sponsorship with their logos on their crappy tees, buy true classic, the best quality at affordable prices. Well done true classic.

Ordered 2xl based on measurements but was too large . Advised customer service who said not to worry as we will send you XL . 2 payments taken and 1 return so $186 paid but no XL clothes and advised that they are not available and no refund . Very poor customer experience. Claim they have sold 4 million items but cannot sort mine out . Not happy

The website directed me to use the app, which was just as difficult to use. Discount codes apply only for the shipping and NOT the item purchased. Very disappointing and misleading!! Bait and switch practices

I’ve recently lost weight and was searching for new clothes. I came across an ad and decided to give True Classic a shot. I purchased the short sleeve and long sleeve variety packs and fell in love. The shirts fit perfectly and accentuate my shape. I’m a kinesthetic person so feel and comfort are very important to me. I will never buy another brand of clothes. I own short sleeve shirts, long sleeve shirts, pants and jackets. I absolutely love them. And, my wife loves the way I look in them.

I ordered the True Classics slippers for my son. They run very small and I needed to exchange them for a larger size. I was just told they are not returnable!!! What kind of company does this? I’m reporting them to the BBB!!! I don’t deal with company that have these unethical return policies!!!
