Good Shirts, Bad Customer Service
After recommending True Classic to my brother we decided to make an order together and also buy some clothes for our dad. We made the order on July 4th because of this big sale thing. After a week I’ve got an email saying that my order was cancelled without giving any details. We were expecting the order to arrive in time for a business trip my brother was making so letting us know a week after our order was placed wasn’t 10/10 but whatever, shirts are good so I got in touch with the customer support team to see if there was anything that could be done to get our order shipped ASAP. Turns out they cancelled the order because their Fraud Team advised that it has “fraudulent indications” and that if I wanted to order I needed to let them know so that the fraud team can ask for additional information. I can’t think of a single reason why ordering clothes shipped to my home and paying for them would be fraudulent. It’s a shame because we were excited to keep trying True Classic Products but not after this. Worth mentioning that on top of having to provide “additional information” the price we would’ve got for reordering wouldn’t be the same. So probably their fraud team is just a way of them avoiding the offers they give.
