I don’t know why everyone’s whinging I received a gift card and my number was put in incorrectly so with the company and they responded to my email very quickly within 24 hours

Stay away from this stupid app. Forget about using your money- it won’t even open, just keeps processing for ages, tried different devices and different networks. Absolute junk.

Wont accept my mobile number to log in. Funny since they are happy to sms the same number. Appears to be a scam

I can’t even log in, let alone activate and use the card.

Took advice from other scathing reviews and activated account on laptop but still does not find my mobile number and no recourse get beyond this point Literally useless Can not use gift card in any capacity As much value as Monopoly money

Absolutely hopeless app and or support. So slow nearly impossible to refresh balance. Othe similar providers (vault, tcn, mobile Pay) way way better. Maybe TR should use those developers.

Does not work

Absolutely trash! Has this even pass the unit testing before published in the AppStore? All it does: ‘Mobile xxxxxxxxx not found’. No help link, no contact details, no nothing! Worse, their website does not offer any way to activate and all needs to be done in this useless app! To Apple: how can you allow such a dumb app to be published is beyond me! Total let down!
