When using Truecaller one of the Ads they show is a SPAM site which gets your bank details and put huge costs onto it. It is difficult to remove and I’m not sure how they get the credit card details but when you look at the ad you will end up with unwanted charges. I’ve now deleted Truecaller as well.
Sadly, contrary to Truecaller website information, Truecaller does not work on iPhone 12
3days ago I installed Premium, after an hour I changed to Family. But I cannot add family numbers, only Truecaller. What a joke get anyone to respond. I have tried 5 different ways to contact support….WITH NO LUCK.
We purchased the family premium for a year, they asked us to send the numbers as we cannot link them our side (that is stupid to begin with) it has been more than 48 hours, we get no response, no feedback, no premium despite having paid for it. Basically Truecaller steal your money and then stop replying
I used truecaller a lot about two years ago. Then I swopped between phones and only recently got it again for work, and only then did I realise how terrible it has gotten. I can’t see who is calling me without having to pay or watch an ad. I can’t set the app as my default calling app without paying. This has become utter bs. Honestly, just change back to what you were. Because this is unnecessary.
Completely unreliable when it comes to detecting and blocking spam.
I deleted Truecaller because it hampers the function of the Recent Calls function on the iPhone. Annoying.

This app is useless. The premium feature is a money making scheme. 1. I get no notifications who is calling. 2. Apparently only the calls I make are my profile viewers lol! But non of the spam accounts and random text have viewed my profile 3. When I search a number the name is what I saved as and not accurate 4. It is abit embarrassing how they offer nothing 4. Let’s leave Truecaller in 2024 5. I subscribed for 1year premium but willing to delete the app with 11months to go-because no value
