My true caller doesn’t tell me who is calling. It’s useless
App doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work and you need to update it at least twice a week. If it doesn’t work if you don’t buy the packages then nothing can convince you to buy the package. Still get spam calls everyday even with the app installed.
Not for all phones
Doesn’t seem to work for any iPhone device. Never worked properly on any of my iPhones, and found out a colleague also has the same issues with her Apple. Doesn’t show you who’s calling. Deleted and then later on tried to install and try it again. Same issue. Just doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do. Even if the app is open. If you want to know the number you have to copy it into the apps search and then after an ad it will tell you the callers info. Useless.
Not great on iOS
Does not work on apple for live calling even with widget. Why can’t it work like Samsung
Caller display
My app no longer displays who is me who is calling me, it only shows the number nothing else. What do I need to do to update my app?
Confused
I am disappointed in Truecaller, my calls are not being screened as spam, and I have paid for premium subscription
What’s the purpose!
True caller has been a “go to” for identifying unwanted calls and unknown numbers- and now one has to manual update and watch ads when searching- this has become a waste of time…. Removed- and I’m not the only one!
Do NOT subscribe on IOS
This app subscription fees are set in a way that it is "renewable" month to month. That means you cannot unsubscribe as it is always "due to expire" You then have to change your plan to monthly in your ios settings, you will pay the fee AGAIN for the month and then only can you cancel.
Doesn’t block calls
Not worth premium without live id ( the best support came up with was to reinstall the app, didn’t help either). I’m not even sure I want to keep using the free app due to horrible clickbait ads with misleading close buttons .
