After updating to the latest version of the app, I encountered significant issues. The video playback frequently stops, disrupting the viewing experience. Additionally, the overall performance of the app has deteriorated. It now runs poorly, with frequent lags and crashes. This update has greatly impacted usability and needs urgent attention to fix these problems.

I want to buy cloud memory; but error 006 comes repeatedly. How can I solve it?
The application is pathetic. Most of the time we can’t view the feed. What is the use of having CCTV when the feed is not visible? I have 2 cameras to monitor my baby. Sometimes it shows 1, sometimes it shows both and sometimes both are shown offline. It worked fine only in 1st month. Go for hikvision or cp plus.
App restarts from beginning after we minimize to background.
I am not able to renew cloud storage, it gives an error “Fail to get(2)501”
