After updating to the latest version of the app, I encountered significant issues. The video playback frequently stops, disrupting the viewing experience. Additionally, the overall performance of the app has deteriorated. It now runs poorly, with frequent lags and crashes. This update has greatly impacted usability and needs urgent attention to fix these problems.

Play back video freezes after 4 seconds of successful playing

My truview camera is working well, but from today afternoon it is not connecting the network ,it is showing abnormal connection please check your mobile network. I have connected to my WiFi and all the devices are connected to WiFi only. There is an issue facing connecting network . Kindly look in to it. And solve the issue

I want to buy cloud memory; but error 006 comes repeatedly. How can I solve it?

The application is pathetic. Most of the time we can’t view the feed. What is the use of having CCTV when the feed is not visible? I have 2 cameras to monitor my baby. Sometimes it shows 1, sometimes it shows both and sometimes both are shown offline. It worked fine only in 1st month. Go for hikvision or cp plus.

App restarts from beginning after we minimize to background.

I am not able to renew cloud storage, it gives an error “Fail to get(2)501”
