TrueCoach Connect

this app doesn’t work at all, i’m not always on my laptop to communicate with my clients hence why i need this app for quicker replies but nothing will load

For the price you’d expect a fully functioning app to communicate with clients. Always a blank screen popping up. Not useful. Waste of time delete this app if you can’t have it functioning

I am forced to use TrueCoach on my computer There is no sign in with google option so I can’t even sign in, kind of a joke . Considering changing coaching platforms now

This app doesn’t work at all I try to sign in with my information and it doesn’t let me in I say forget password and it kicks me back out to the main log in screen. I expect better from this app when they say it’s easier and better than the old one.

This app is a joke. Main function is to allow to to communicate with clients and it doesn’t even allow me to do that, I click on the message and I’m greeted with a blank white screen. Even the fact the that there still is no functional app for coach’s to program on and use while with clients is a real disappointment. Will be seeking other alternatives to TrueCoach.

Screen goes white when you click on an unread message or even try to message someone. As that’s really the only feature this app provides (which is also unfortunate), it’s completely useless unless you just want to see the first few words of a clients message to you.

Seems as though they’re trying to bake this app into the main one which is a good idea but that’s not working yet either. Feels like I’m paying for a program designer but not a coaching and communicating tool with my clients. Looking for alternatives that are aesthetically pleasing. Not a fan of trainerize look or else I’d use them.

I would love for this app to be a full version of what I get logging into it on the computer. I use Trainerize and TrueCoach. Trainerize’s app for the coach is far better because I can program and see everything. With TrueCoach you can only message and see workouts completed. I would have to log into the browser in order to see future workouts, add to the calendar, etc.. I love TrueCoach and it would make it a much easier choice between the two biggest training apps if TrueCoach had a better app for the Coach. Please help the coach even more by giving us a better app to deliver the best experience possible for our clients.
