When are we going to be able to personalize the App by adding our pet’s picture to their profile? That’s the only reason you are getting 4 rather than 5 ⭐️

This app is the worst. It’s slower than molasses in January. Nothing loads. I can brew a pot of coffee before I can see anything in my account. It’s not like there is a ton of information it’s trying to load. This is making me look for a different pet insurance… not worth the frustration. And before you try to ask me to do troubleshooting steps, I’ve tried them all. I have a new phone, updated software, deleted and re-added the app, used wifi and cellular. This is the worst app ever. I deserve a discount on my pet insurance for having to deal with how much time I’ve wasted trying to get it to work.

Signing up for Trupanion includes previously undisclosed set up fees. The reps at the call centre do not understand the policies. Save yourself frustration and go to another company.

The app is garbage, they take alot of money per month. Then they deny %50 of your claim, take %40 im a deductible and %10 coinsurance which is unannounced. Scammers like any other insurance corporation. Hidden fees like coinsurance?! Stay classy while u get rich

I sure what’s happening, contrary to a lot of reviews, I haven’t had much issue with the app, outside of being a little slow. But for the last 6-8 weeks, it’s been very unstable. It can never retrieve my claims, or sometimes just won’t load. Is there a new fix coming out soon? Thank you

I am going to delete this as is the buggiest app I have ever tried to use. I can never get to my claims from here as I always get the same message about there being a problem and that I should try later.. Such a waste of your customers time.

The app has always been slow, but worked decently for me until a month ago. Apparently sometime in April Trupanion started ‘migrating’ some info from one database to another (or so I’ve been told when I’ve called repeatedly trying to get my claim processed). Overall this has slowed the processing of claims way, way down and I’ve had to repeatedly make a duplicate claim when my initial ones have disappeared into the ether. The app could be so convenient if it worked, and Trupanion- I think when you’re making major changes to anything that could impact your timelines for claims processing it would be appropriate to send a communication to your clients so that we’re prepared. Anyways, please spend some time and resources to fix the app; it’s kind of an expectation in todays world.

App needs updating. It is very slow. Not very convenient.
