Unable to find transaction ID
I made a deposit using trust on my Deriv account and it hasn’t reflected since then. They asked me to provide the transaction ID and I can’t find it even after watching YouTube videos. Do you have live support?

Scam!! I made a transfer and the money didn't go into the wallet I checked the address everything is fine, they let you put money into the wallet and after you send it it just disappears , Shame on Apple for having such apps in the store, Steve is turning over in his grave
