Trust: Crypto & Bitcoin Wallet

Very disappointing my wallet was emptied and no help was received. Wasn’t compromised and codes never shared - very frustrating and no support given just told this is the risk. If you can’t help how can you expect people to trust it long term?

If you plan on staking, trading and eventually converting your crypto to fiat - Trust is not for you. Ramp, one of the affiliated ‘recommended’ fiat exchanges, have a well documented series of alleged complaints against them for holding customers funds following crypto transfers. Claiming they have authority to do so under AML legislation and are not required to comment further, nor provide a refund. Not so ‘Trust’-worthy…

Please can we have a setting in push notifications to not notify if transactions are below a value threshold? There’s a lot of dusting going on with spam in the memos and it would be good to ignore anything under a dollar.

tbh i don't even know how to use this but i did use it for what i thought would help me get profit and done all these steps to "follow" and ended up nowhere . lost a lot of money and my instagram account 🙄 thanks

Got hacked and lost all my money in crypto what an amazing wallet

I joined TW thinking it was safe, I have only ever used the TW on my IPhone, which is Away’s locked when not in use, some how over two days I watched my funds being transferred out without my control and there was nothing I could do to stop it, and TW responses “ We are truly sorry for the delayed response. Our agents are still working with other users as of the moment” same email over three days and then nothing, mean while my wallet has been emptied, there should be the option for two step Authentication…I still have no idea how I was hacked… and yes my phrase has never been saved in a digital environment…. Be warned!
