Didn’t use it much

Unfortunately couldn’t use it much since I got back problems. App works well and activities are clear. It wasn’t easy to cancel the payment and subscription. Luckily the owner helped me out.

Great but expensive compared to alternatives

Super app easy to follow along.

I wish there was an Ipad version

Love this app but it does not look great on my ipad. With <= ios 14 it looked decent but since I upgraded to ios 15. The app looks really small on my screen. I can no longer make it full screen and the landscape orientation looks pretty bad (things are overlapping or disappear from the screen). I think that my iphone screen is too small for this that’s why I want to use my ipad.

Why not a iPad App

I would love to have a iPad version for this app. Now just not using it and reverting to YouTube for large screen content.

Great for exercises with coaches

App provides a reasonable way for coaches to provide good workout plans and not have to worry about setting it up myself. Being able to have video for the exercise is nice. My one gripe is sometimes there are teaching videos that aren’t follow along and I’d like to increase speed in those cases.

Options

Good , but would like an option to adjust the work rest timer. And the ability to create custom workouts buy drag and drop.

Top Tier

Ive added the mobility exercises with the hybrid weight and body workouts and have felt results. I feel more limber and the weights have been more easy to move. I recommend!

Love it

The variety is awesome. I also love the insight for every exercise you have a great way to explain the movement patterns. Thank you for passing on your knowledge to help others build new skills.

Background improvement

It needs background improvement, so people are able to respond to a text without the app taking you out of your current workout.

Beginner/ intermediate

This app is great! I love that fact that it has the workouts planned out by weeks for you, instructions and that it counts down the work out for you. Very first time to fitness and user friendly!!
