Why is there no payment alerts like other apps when making or receiving payments should have an alert feature on app
Good App to use all that’s missing is opportunity to pay in a cheque for the rare customer that still uses them
Excellent service and very friendly customer support
There should be added service for intimation of any transaction through a text so as to keep the customer well informed
As treasurer of Priory Singers, a charity, the vast majority of the payments are made online by me without any approval from another member of the committee. If and when cheques are used they are always countersigned. I have attempted many times to get TSB to introduce a system whereby online payments are ‘countersigned’ by another committee member. I am always told by TSB that this is not possible. Without a similar system for online payments the charity is at risk and I am vulnerable. Why does TSB refuse this security arrangement?

Great app does what it needs to do
The app is so slow and buggy, plus cheque scanning doesn’t work. Tried and failed 3 times with a printed HMRC cheque, which should be easy to read/verify! As there are no bank branches near me, my business can’t access our funds!
I have 2 private current accounts, 1 Monthly Saver account, a personal loan, a Business Current Account and a Business Instant Access account. In general I do not have any problems accessing my private accounts via the internet on my windows 11 laptop. HOWEVER as far as my Business Accounts are concerned your system is a total disaster. For more than a year I have been unable to access my accounts using either Microsoft Edge or Chrome browsers. I could get as far as requesting a code via my mobile phone which would be sent but the software would just hang not permitting me to enter the code. Up until recently I was able to access my business accounts via my Ccleaner browser. BUT now I cannot even do that. With every click of the mouse I am requested to enter my cookie preferences and on the fortunate occasion that I do gain entry the software just logs me out whenever I try to do anything PLEASE, PLEASE CAN YOU SORT THIS. IF NOT I SHALL HAVE TO CANCEL ALL MY ACCOUNTS WOTH YOU. Hamish Coutts
