Appreciate that this is available. Though, it seems that there is no more develop on it. It works well. One thing I find strange is that it consistently asks for feedback even after feedback is given. I would suggest the developer put a low cost payment plan in ($2-5) one time fee for a premium membership, and continue development.

Worked fine for a long time then started asking to buy the premium version which I already bought. Now it doesn’t keep playing in the background anymore. Don’t get ripped off.

Why the devs would shaft the early tester users by putting everything behind a paywall as a thank you is a mystery. Install an ad blocker and open YT in desktop mode. You can use PiP mode to minimize. Now you won’t need this app.
