TULU - Own Less, Live More

I had a very disappointing experience with the Tulu app. Most items I needed were out of stock, making it incredibly inconvenient to shop. To make matters worse, the cancellation process was terrible. I attempted to cancel an order, but it seems the app didn’t even register the cancellation, leaving me frustrated and stuck with an order I didn’t want. Overall, this app and service are not worth the hassle.

This app is a TOTAL SCAM. They make you sign up for a membership which starts off with a free trial, then charges you $30 if you don't cancel before your trial ends which they send no emails saying you have an active account or anything. Also never comes up as a subscription in settings you have to physically go into the app and look at your profile to manage your membership. Me being the person I am got carried away with life and forgot about this app that I got all to purchase some over priced and honestly disgusting cookies, so to then be charged with an additional $30 out of no where was quite annoying. it's a waste of money anything they're selling in those little boxes anyways. Save yourself the time and trouble and just go to the grocery store.

Printer never works. they charge you for subscription yet you have to pay for services. 👎

Customer support lies. They keep your subscription after you’ve cancelled it. Everything is incredibly overpriced.

Recently rented a upholstery cleaner. It was extremely dirty. Full of pet hair and gunk. Tulu needs to create better means to ensure cleanliness of tools. Heard of AI?

Absolutely the worst service ever. Very unreliable, and overpriced items.

Too slow and lack of instructions online so took me 10 minutes to figure it out how to use it the first time.

I was not given any notice by TULU that my free trial was ending or that I was being charged for an annual membership. I found out when I got a notification from my credit card for the charge. Customer support refused to give a refund eight hours after the charge even though I had not used the services after the trial ended.
