Bunch of thieves making us pay for the roads we already paid for and are paying road tax on

Don’t always get the app performing as it should - shows wrong balance, doesn’t show saved card

Not very intuitive. Was able to add £2.16 to my account, and I’m assuming this is the cost of one journey, but it doesn’t say on the payment screen how much a journey actually is. So, what happens if a journey is more than this? I get a fine perhaps? The other monitory dominations are £5, £10, £20, but if 1 journey is £2.16, then these figures don’t make sense.

This is borderline theft. I have the app. I keep it topped up. But very occasionally I might use all of the credit and not top up in time. Or think I have enough credit. No nudge to say you risking a fine because you were short by 70p. Just bang, there you go, give us an exorbitant amount of money for being a few pence short. Disgusting!

I don’t know anyone they hasn’t been fined. It penalises busy people and people with disabilities. Where’s all the fine money going guys?

As someone who sometimes struggles with tech I found the site easy to use

The app and emails do not communicate in an easy-to-understand way. Having to check both emails and the app for driving history and payments is sometimes confusing. Not wholly reliable.

Confused why I have two accounts, one has ample credit and the other has nothing, I want to add a vehicle but it puts it on to the empty account not the account with credit,

Very Easy to use. Much simpler than when their was a toll
