Absolutely useless, you are told the easiest way to pay the toll is by the app but then the app doesn’t work to let you use it, just keeps saying ‘unknown error’ Wonder how many fines have been issued because the app doesn’t work

Pointless; the app crashed frequently and now won’t open at all.

Since the most recent update I get notified by email every time I use the tunnel. I use the tunnel to get to work so that’s ten emails a week clogging up my inbox. I do not have this preference set up on the app so don’t know why it’s happening. Very annoying…….please sort

App won’t work. Says incorrect login. Same details log into web site fine. Sort this rubbish.

Rubbish site took ten mins to try and save a card details you should still have a option to pay as you go through the tunnel tgere is a forgotten generation that do not use mobile

Bunch of thieves making us pay for the roads we already paid for and are paying road tax on

Don’t always get the app performing as it should - shows wrong balance, doesn’t show saved card

Not very intuitive. Was able to add £2.16 to my account, and I’m assuming this is the cost of one journey, but it doesn’t say on the payment screen how much a journey actually is. So, what happens if a journey is more than this? I get a fine perhaps? The other monitory dominations are £5, £10, £20, but if 1 journey is £2.16, then these figures don’t make sense.

Why do we have to pay for tunnel We do pay roads and etc via our wages Please stop taking money from people’s daily pocket Thanks
